Now that the mobs know they're unarmed...

St. Louis police officers reportedly seized a rifle from the husband-and-wife lawyers filmed waving firearms at Black Lives Matter protesters last month.

The officers served a warrant on Mark and Patricia McCloskey on Friday night, taking the rifle the husband was pictured aiming, the local NBC affiliate reported.

  1. Gun confiscation at its finest. No charges. Give me your weapons anyway.

You're white. Therefore you're not allowed to protect yourself from the mob.

  2. I'm betting they've already been re-armed and up-gunned, and at no expense to them, either. (Hang together or hang separately, and all that...)

    1. A Local gun-store has offered them at least one new AR-15 at NO COST and I believe they have also offered training. As of now I heard they have hired PRIVATE SECURITY.

    2. Lord knows those teo need the training. Especially the wife.

  4. They only had two weapons? That’s odd. The picture of the way the wife handled her pistol gave me the heebee-jeebies. I wonder what would happen if, say, 50 armed “friends” just happened to stop by on a regular basis.🤔

  7. They're lucky, they were able to afford private security to protect them. You and I, probably not that lucky. That's why we need those filthy black rifles. Black Rifles Matter - BRM

  11. 1. if you're going to charge me with a felony for NOT firing the rifle, well then, might as well go ahead. You know, after the first one, the rest are free.

    2. sure, I'll turn in my rifle Mr Security Agent, come and take it.

  12. What's with the cops showing up at your home to confiscate your guns? What's the charge? Defending your home? He's a lawyer and I hope he sues the city government for thwarting his 2nd Amendment rights.

    1. Well, that is just not true. In my case, I lost all of mine in a boating accident, just last week. I can't afford to replace them, so I am just sitting here without any firearms at all. The bad thing is, I even had all of my ammo with me at the time, as well.

  14. So this couple had their legally owned with zero shots fired in anger, stolen by the police, all on account of this couple having to what the police would not or could not do: Keep the mob away and protect the public. It seems Once again you can be in the right both legally and morally and still get screwed by system.

  15. One, if not both of those two, are civil rights lawyers; they should be filing law suits from sun-up to sundown. They should hire armed security and start charging the city for it on an hourly basis. Then file more law suits.

  16. From the Missouri State Constitution Article. 1 Section 23:

"That the right of every citizen to keep and bear arms, ammunition, and accessories typical to the normal function of such arms, in defense of his home, person, family and property, or when lawfully summoned in aid of the civil power, shall not be questioned.

The rights guaranteed by this section shall be unalienable. Any restriction on these rights shall be subject to strict scrutiny and the state of Missouri shall be obligated to uphold these rights and shall under no circumstances decline to protect against their infringement."

So the DA doesn't have the law on her side, but she already knows that. She's running for re-election and is pulling the same stunt Mike Nifong did with the Duke Lacrosse team.

"But the process is the punishment."

  17. The Missouri Governor ripped the prosecutor Kim Garner at a press conference yesterday. He said he had spoken to Trump on the matter also. She declined to prosecute several hundred burn, loot, mayhem protesters that were charged, and instead went after these two.
