So sad ! It may be nearing time to resurrect the old timey vigilante squads . If she isn't dead , which I doubt , she will be shunned in the Amish community instead of helped . Gawds' judgement you know . She must have sinned ! Some of the Amish ways are so ignorant of Biblical teachings .
ReplyDeleteI have no idea about this but that never stopped me before from talking about something~
DeleteIt's hard to believe the the Amish would shun and not help this girl. I mean, they're Amish, NOT savage moslems. You could never maintain their way of life for so long if you "shunned" everyone who fell victim to the evil out here.
Not a bad argument from someone who knows the Amish from Kingpin
From, Paradise in Lancaster county, PA. That's just down the road from Blue Balls. No Kidding. I've been there.
ReplyDeleteIt's just "Blue Ball"...no "S". Intercourse, PA is only about half the distance to Paradise than Blue Ball is though.
Deletethanks, Unknown. You're correct. Mea aged twitching fingers say: Mea Culpa.
DeleteThat's what you get trolling in Farmer's Markets. Whole Foods is a lot safer.
ReplyDeleteThe Amish need to have the Derbyshire Talk with their offspring.
ReplyDeleteIf i was gonna kidnap an Amish girl I'd be having her make me pies and baked goods
