Is that a group of killers whales trying to attack a gray or other whale? The way they are circling looks like prey technique and when they breach in mass it looks more like mating, BUT then a different and bigger whale seems to be (getting the F out of) there at the end.
And I would agree with ScooterMan about probable location.
That is a group of humpback whales, the bubbles they blow in a circle to trap their prey and then come up from below to trap them in there mouth!!!!! grayman
