That was an EF3 tornado. It killed one person near Dalton Minnesota. The tornado was on the ground for twenty some miles. This was probably a weaker period of the storm. But you can still see the rut it ripped in the earth as it moved East.

I follow a number of storm chasers on You Tube. Some of them are a little too daring, but this guy is a freak. Way past foolhardy, and sounded like he was literally getting off. He GETS OUT OF THE CAR while debris is flowing into the funnel!!
Sounds like somebody has never seen a dust devil before.

Second was he's more worried about his filming it, instead of 'is it gonna shift and come THIS way'.
In Texas that's known as a dust devil. Probably in Oklahoma and Kansas, too.

I owned a Volvo for awhile, and it was a smooth ride, but it was a Swedish Volvo...now the Chinese own the company, so no way I'd buy another.
