#8 The person driving the tractor towing the wagon never checked to see if the discharge from combine was actually going into the box trailer? It's up to them to make sure the combine driver has everything adjusted properly. Geez, I learned to check that when I was 10-years old!
Also, looking at the discharge from the chute it looks like it's set too high for the discharge rate. The discharge should be angled downwards as it exits the chute, not arching upwards. No wonder nothing's making it into the wagon!
