At the risk of repeating myself, I believe the Good Lord treats us in the next life as we've treated animals in this one. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
My little sister had a pet calf she named “Roscoe” when she was six and I was 12. She would hand feed him, pet him and he would follow her around the farm. Bless her heart, she cried when she figured out what was in the freezer.

ReplyDeleteIt's fun having a pet calf when their a few weeks old but they will still want to be pets at 1200 lbs. Been there.
