When I live out in the country I had a neighbor with a problem with people dumping in back of his property. He found an address one time, called the guy up and gave him a choice, clean every fucking thing up or deal with the sheriff. I think it was two dump trucks worth, and the guy got a warning, any thing else dumped there would be assumed to be his.
And what's with these buggered-up videos with three panes, only the centre one showing the whole picture? Bloody useless. (This clip started with a normal screen, and then went screwy - what the hell?)
The house the rubbish was being returned to had 'fly-tipped' it on someones land but been stupid enough to leave their details with the rubbish so the land-owner returned it.
Smaller scale bit,I found a couple of bags of garbage left at my place before. When the owners got home that afternoon, they had to step over the ripped open smelly shit garbage bags to get in the front door.
just how hard has government made it to dump true garbage and shit? You have a serious government problem when you cannot take shit to the dump. Even Encinitas made that easy. Yeah, it cost $10.00/load but still.
Looks like something my buds would do.....
