#1 There's a sand bar along the Oregon coast and in the mid 1960's my step-dad had a commercial salmon boat out of Waldport. Water over the cabin like that was a daily occurrence going out to the fishing ground each morning before dawn. Oh, his boat was only 32 feet.
I used to be a co-owner and manager of the RV park there in Waldport, Handy Haven on Starr across from Grand Central Pizza. Buy that brings back memories. I wished I had bought out the other two co owners. I used to deep sea fish out of Waldport, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, Ilwaco and Greys Harbor and I hated going out over the bars, especially out of Waldport. and the Alsea River.
Garibaldi and Astoria, Graveyard of the Pacific ? Day's like that you can see Christmas dinner from 2ys ago. HAHAHAHAHHA what fun. Bilge and diesel with tuna sandwich. Did not like it, crabbing, shrimping. NAW I joined the navy......Same thing just less money.
#4. Fun and games when they are little. Deadly when they get a few pounds on them. Dairy bulls are the worst. No fear, big, fast, and defending THEIR girls.
On pic #4, I had Boer goats and a couple of miniature donkeys and I would put cheap plastic balls out for them to play with. With goat kids we would sit on the back porch and watch them play, more entertainment then watching TV. They had wooden telephone spools and wooden boxes and sheets of steel I bolted together at an angle and they would wobble back and forth on them.
#7 I wish some of these gif timed out.
