CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WTVC) – A man walks into a Chattanooga gun shop and says he was told to take off his face mask or leave.
So, what about the Hamilton County mask mandate? The gun store manager said that it does not apply in his store.
At North Georgia Reloading on Brainerd Road, Manager Shay Davis says you have to show your face.

ReplyDeleteWell said. If I have to wear a mask in a store because they say so , then the same applies if the owner wants to see your face. You can tell the entire government and all of the natzi's to kiss you ass and refuse service to all of them.
DeleteGot a gunshop just a few hundred yards from here. You walk in, and the sign reads "Or Idiot Governor Says You Have To Wear A Mask". Everyone wears one, including staff, but around the chin.
ReplyDeleteWent to some local gunshops a couple of weeks ago looking for ammo and a .357 in case Nancy outlaws my 1911's. Didn't see a mask. The shops are in a county without a mask mandate though local retailers require them.

ReplyDeleteMy son works at a gun shop in Pennsylvania. Early in the Covid-19 lockout our Governor announced that bandanas were an acceptable face mask to wear into a retail store. The first morning it went into effect they watched on security cam as a guy pulled into their parking lot, pulled on his bandana, then reached into his back seat and produced an AR-15. As he yanked open their front door and walked inside he was surprised to find 2 clerks and a retail customer drawn down on him in defensive stance. It turned out he was just bringing his gun in for service, and they hadn't yet heard about the Governor's new rule.
