Federal Judge Blocks Tennessee Law That Limits Some Mail-in Balloting Without ID

A federal judge has blocked a Tennessee law that bars first-time voters from casting November mail-in ballots unless they first show ID at an election office.

U.S. District Judge Eli Richardson in Nashville ordered the preliminary injunction on Wednesday, as states across the country address the issue of voting-by-mail instead of at polling stations amid the coronavirus pandemic.

  2. Did you misread the article? The kaw would have blocked (only first time) voters from voting by mail unless thay had first proven their identity at ghe Clerks' office.

    1. Want to put an end to the mail in bullshit? Allow it, but require the "voter" to send in his driver's license or other official ID with the ballot and then when your vote is processed we'll mail the ID back to you. Or, you can drag your sorry ass over to the polling place just like was required for over two centuries.

  4. If the commies are going to present Fifteen million mail-in votes for Biden, the Trump team will present 500 million mail-in votes for Trump. And then after a month of printing the soros crew will "find" 2 billion votes for Biden that got shoved behind a door in a Post Office in Tilden, Texas. And then Trump team will discover 27 trillion mail-in votes that were found in 37,593,217 post offices that have been shuttered since covid.
This will go on-and-on until we just decide all the commies have to die.
