Man killed by Sacramento officers used to work for police department

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man who was shot and killed by West Sacramento police officers Saturday morning was a member of the police department for nearly 10 years, officials said Monday. 

The Yolo County Coroner's Office on Monday identified the man as 88-year-old Robert Coleman of West Sacramento.
