  3. Man, I owe Robert Gore big time, he has saved my bacon on so many trips rafting down the Salmon River in Idaho. Been out in 88mph microbursts, snow storms in June and doing big cold water rapids and his material is this incredible stuff that actually works. It is so much lighter than the gear my dad always wore on Oct elk hunts in the Rockies. You know, put on some wool add another layer, more wool, more wool, heavy wool coat, wool gloves, wool hat. What is hilarious is that my dad thought he had it dicked compared to the older generations before him and I guess he did. He was a tough tug boat guy, who when he was knocked into the lake in the winter was able to pull himself out of the water wearing all that heavy soaked wool. Thank you Mr. Robert Gore.
Kenny, thanks for posting this article and my condolences to the R. Gore family.
    Fuck Al Gore
