#7, It always makes me laugh when I see people who run cranes like that. I used to move 20,000 pounds of 3,000 degree molten steel, in a ladle, full to the brim, 40 yards, from one end of the shop to the other, and then tip the ladle into a vessel, with a motor, with nothing to stop it from spinning off center. And this guy cannot even move the block without nearly taking out a car and the guy on the ground. Some people are not meant to do certain jobs.
