USS Oklahoma Sailor is finally headed home

HOBART, Okla. (KFOR) – A sailor who was killed during the attack on Pearl Harbor is finally being laid to rest.

Fireman 1st Class James C. Webb was just 23-years-old when he was killed during the attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941.
