    We have a small organic teaching farm near the outskirts of Eugene Oregon.

    The tweeks live in warehouse-pallet hovels covered with blue tarps... in any available bushes.
    We see naked screamers at least a couple-three times a month.
    They usually require a pair of LawEnforcementOfficials plus at least one firetruck plus an ambulance.

    They are absorbing significantly more resources than they contribute.
    No society can continue under that burden.

    They are protected by LawEnforcementOfficials.
    Without the LawEnforcementOfficials, the goofballs would be hanging from every lamppost.
