An Alabama man was sentenced to spend the next 600 years behind bars after he pleaded guilty to sexually abusing two young children, both under 5 years old.
A federal judge on Thursday ordered Matthew Miller, 32, to serve 7,200 months in prison for producing child pornography, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama said in a statement.
OK, this comment may not be popular, but WTH? I've never heard of a sentence this long other than for some murders. A little consistency, perhaps? And no, I don't think the guy should get 6 months. Throw away the key for baby/toddler/little kid porn creators. Sick fucks.
Bubba and the boys in stir just love kiddie diddlers. After they get done expanding the diameter of his asshole, this guy won't last 6 months, never mind 600 years.
The sentence makes for a nice headline but is probably meaningless. I was a juror on a case where the defendant was sentenced to life plus 33 years. They said he'd be eligible for parole after 30 years. (I just checked, and he's still locked up despite being eligible for parole in 2009. He must not have played well with others. Valley State Prison for the curious.)
Honestly, should be that, or feet first into a wood chipper for these sickos...

ReplyDeleteRDB it was 20 indictments for multiple children on different occasions. 20 x 30 years per charge =600 years
