A Washington man accidentally burned his trailer home to the ground early Sunday after he tried to drive out a family of raccoons living under his house while on drugs, authorities said.
Benton County deputies responded and found the trailer engulfed in flames, the sheriff’s office said.

The coons were on drugs while living under the house?
ReplyDeleteMy English teacher loved sentences like this. They became examples of how not to write.
Of course, all the man would have to do is cut of the drug supply, the masked critters would probably leave on their own. That such reasonable solution apparently eluded him has me believe he was on drugs. Dude needs to take better care to not let drugs fall through the floorboards.
They probably wouldn't be under there if they weren't on drugs....
ReplyDeleteWhat a sad, sad world we live in. Its amazing that in todays world, with all of the resources available out there, that some raccoons would resort to using drugs.
ReplyDeleteA shame, really, should vote more democrats into office.
Raccoons on drugs are hard to get rid of.
ReplyDeleteEnglish is funny like that, think about different ways to phrase some things.
ReplyDeleteSounds like Benton County is a rough place if even the raccoons are on drugs.
ReplyDeleteHave to love the fact that instead of telling people drugs are bad (m’kay) that the sheriff’s department warned people about candles.
Makes it sound like it was the raccoons who were on drugs.
ReplyDeleteI was just gonna ask if it was the raccoons who were on drugs or the dude. Guess now we'll never know.
DeleteSo how Do you get rid of raccoons living under your house? (Asking for a friend.)
