Nobody in that town owns a shotgun?

Deputies responded to an unusual call last week regarding a problem that’s become too familiar to residents of one small town Tennessee neighborhood: monkey attacks.

According to a Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office report, deputies arrived at the Church Hill neighborhood and spoke with a woman who said her neighbor’s pet monkey had jumped on her and tried to bite her in the driveway, WCYB reported.

  1. Wow, this one delivers! The picture of the monkey, "A pet monkey, not the one pictured"...with massive fangs. 'A deputy noted handprints that “seemed consistent with a monkey”' (that's some mighty fine police work). A neighbor trying to fend it off with a stick, when "It snatched the makeshift weapon away from her".

  2. Is that town populated by immigrant California types who believe animals have more rights than do people? Hell, shoot the sonofabitch with something lethal. The owners "scolded" the animal. One day here in Florida I heard a woman say to her dog, "Don't make me tell you again." WTF, said I to myself.

  3. I
"Trid to bite her in the driveway"?
Is that what they're calling the Koochie-Pop now a days?
