Talk about waking up cranky

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man pulled a knife and threatened to kill a downtown Nashville employee because he was angry that worker woke him from a nap, an arrest warrant alleges.

Nicholas Newhart, 38, was arrested Wednesday morning and booked into the Metro jail on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

    1. The one I took to heart was "Place your clothes and weapons where you can find them in the dark."

  2. "His booking photo was not immediately released by Metro jail." Then who is that dude pictured with the story?

  3. What with that being Nashville and all, what would the charges have been in the sleeper had been a black guy?
