What a shitty thing to do

Authorities are asking for help identifying someone who has dumped over 100 bags of human feces along rural Multnomah County roads dating back to 2018.

Multnomah County officials on Tuesday said the bags of feces and kitty litter have been dumped along rural roads near Troutdale, Springdale and Corbett since late 2018. They’ve been left during the early-morning hours, officials said, and Code Enforcement Officer Dave Thomson started working the night shift to try to catch the person responsible.

  2. I suppose it is against code to have an outhouse? And if someone were to collect their manure and then take it to a treatment center they would probably be charged for dumping the dump, right?

So there's the problem. Gov. regulates where you can take a dump and then charges you a fee for bringing the dumpings to their treatment facility. Is it any wonder why some people just dump it in the ditch?

Reminds me of a buddy who was buying a portable shithouse business. It was going to be called "Big John"..."Your shit is our bread and butter". He was asking me what I thought of the deal and I replied "how much is the dumping of your honey wagons going to cost?" He said dumping is free at the sewage treatment center. I was flabbergasted. I had been living in SoCal where one was charged for farting. So I asked why does that happen like that?

He told me that if the sewage plant charged for dumping the Mexicans would dump all their shit down roads at night. Just open the valves and drive on.
