Prosecutors have charged the suspect who allegedly gave 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse the rifle he used to fatally shoot two men and injure a third during the Jacob Blake riots in Kenosha.
The Illinois teen was too young to have legally bought the Smith & Wesson M & P-15 rifle himself that he wielded that fateful Aug. 25 night. Now Rittenhouse's friend, 19-year-old Dominick David Black, is facing two felony counts of intentionally selling a gun to a minor.

ANTIOCH, Ill. (AP) — The mother of an Illinois 17-year-old charged in the fatal shooting of two men during a protest in Wisconsin said neither her son nor the protesters should have been on the street that night and put much of the blame for what happened on police and the governor.
So who says the firearm HAS to be the original owner when fired ? People rent guns at gun ranges all the time. Is the range responsible for the consequences of an AD or the person using the gun ?
ReplyDeleteDid Rittenhouse HAVE to be there ? No, but it is a free country. Rittenhouse wasn't marching and destroying others PRIVATE property either - why aren't the looters / arsonists being charged with this ? They are reason why Rittenhouse was there in the 1st place - he was supposed to be playing defense but 'roughing the passer' was called and he took care of business.
I read a dumpster was put on fire and was being wheeled against a gas station. Kyle extinguished the fire which drew the ire of the 'peaceful protesters'. They turned on him and the rest is history.
DeleteKyle had nothing to do with the dumpster fire. He did, a little after that incident, grab a fire extinguisher and go toward a car lot that was supposedly about to be set afire.
DeleteWatch this. It covers the most ground about the incident and the goings-on around Kyle as he moved about the area. The guy begins by talking about his "Lefty credententials" to show his fellow travelers his bona fides despite not supporting their proper take on the incident. Skip forward to 5:00 when the videos, documents, and narration begin.
Let's change the facts around a little. If it was the mother of a black guy shooting her mouth off about how unfair life is-and that her boy is a VICTIM-what kind of sob story coverage would the MSM throw out to enhance the victimhood of the son and his mother?
