"KISS THIS, BITCHES!!!"

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 45-year-old man “mooned” Metro officers, then fought with them, as they investigated a domestic disturbance near Germantown early Tuesday morning, an arrest warrant alleges.
