That looks like the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel here in Virginia. Nothing beats a traffic jam stuck inside that thing. You start wondering if you can hold your breath until you surface if the thing collapses.
It looks like a hundred tunnels in a hundred different places.
I used to commute through the Hampton Roads bridge tunnel twice a day. It does sort of look like that except the tunnel in the photo looks way too clean to be the HRBT. One cool thing about Hampton Roads is that you could be driving on the bridge portion and then the road dives down through the tunnel *under* an aircraft carrier transiting the channel.
