Supreme Court Orders Pennsylvania Counties to Separate Mail-in Ballots Received After November 3

Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) Associate Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. issued an Order on Friday evening requiring all of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties to keep all ballots received after 8:00 p.m. on November 3 “in a secure, safe, sealed container separated from other voted ballots” and that “if counted, be counted separately.” 

The Order was issued in a case already before the SCOTUS – Pennsylvania Republican Party v. Kathy Boockvar, Secretary of Pennsylvania, et.al.

    Too late for that. Ballots were already comingled to prevent this.

      I think there was a timestamp when entered into the computer system. I have no knowledge of the process other than what I have read.

      Which will make ALL of the mail-in ballots invalid. The law is very clear on this.

    Yep, it’s like sewage and water. Once they are mixed it’s all sewage. You need to flush, sanitize, and start over again.

    Set a precedent: by a 5 to 4 vote the court mandate a new vote for all of Pennsylvania and turn the counting over to a bunch of 7th grade kids.

    You can wish in one hand and crap in another...... I have no doubt that ALL the 'evidence' has already been destroyed. The left is EVIL...not stupid. They aren't going to leave boxes and boxes of fake ballots lying around to be subpoenaed. No.....they are going to say "Sorry your honor but we destroyed all those ballots after they were counted. That's SOP". Expecting the left to honestly, completely and swiftly comply with a court order is an
    exercise in mental masturbation.
