This is an argument I have had with several family members and it doesn’t apply only to employment because I am positive the rules will change once the masses accept government dominance.
My position is: “my body/my choice” comes into play at this point. What if someone required you submit to being raped to get benefits or employment? What’s the difference? How can any entity demand you put something in your body against your will? Where is our God-given free will?
They (employers) will be able to require it. Just like they could now with any kind of vaccination, or wearing of masks, etc.. You aren't a "protected class" for Constitutional purposes.
'Course nothing says you have to work for them either.
The real bite will come when you need vaccination proof to travel, to go to the store, to get a mortgage, or to access your bank accounts. (That last one is why they want to get rid of physical cash. If all money is electronically ledgered, they control it.)
Fascism is when the corporations and government are in lockstep. Where corporations can enforce unwritten laws at the behest of the government, and vice-versa.
I do not want the shot . I read someplace that the makers will have no responsibility to pay for any damages from a bad vaccine .someone said have the employer sign a form taking responsibility for any medical issues if they require the shots . prehaps an attourney could write up something ?
"Employers are entitled, and required, to ensure a safe workplace in which an individual shall not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of individuals in the workplace." I don't they understand what the word "Safe" means.
"At Will" is the legal term used. They can, and will, force people to get the jab. Ergo, fascism as mentioned earlier. Thats why it has to come to a fight. No way out but through. TINVOWOOT.
Here in Michigan, an at will employee has no right to a job. We have a major employer near my city that has a policy of no smoking for their employees and that means on OR off the job. They will actually do random testing every month, of all employees, including, they say, the CEO. While they say it is for their insurance rates, it is just wrong. I am retired and am afraid that the government will begin to say that in order to keep your medicare benefits, you will have to take the vaccine. It puts one in a tough spot.

Oh yeah I wear a mask when I’m driving in my vehicle alone, when I’m up in the mountains hiking ALONE!! One can never be too safe, know what I mean? I could see a number of small practice Docs running a side hustle of providing saline injection in place of the vaccine and providing the certificate for those that objected to being forced to being vaccinated. They could even sell the actual vaccine to those that really wanted it.
Difficult to carry off. The vaccine is reportedly shipped in deep refrigeration in packs of 20. Each pack has to be used up completely when a pack is opened.Probably will be some cross-checking between vaccine shipped and certificates issued.
If they are going to fake the certificate, why even bother with the fake saline injection? Will there be a black market on certificates? Probably. Won't even need a doc for that. How many employers are going to cross check a vaccination certificate? They don't even cross-check fake green cards, SSNs, or immigration papers now. It'll get filed as a CYA document.
Considering since COVID hit, I have been working six days a week, I could use a rest. Besides, my employer has made it clear if they mandate it here he will tell them to pound sand.
Can the Gov force Social Security drawers to be vaccinated? Can Insurance companies charge more if you don't get vaccinated? The list goes on under the New World Order.
Insurance companies (health and life) already charge you more if you smoke, fly a plane, skydive, are a race car driver or do any number of other risky activities. It's all based on financial risk. Why would anyone expect them to not do the same with the CORONA Virus Vaccine? If they want to be sneaky and 'PC' they will just raise everyone's rates and give you a 'discount' if you get the Vax.
This is US Govt coercion, be prepared to make a personal choice, decline the vaccine don't get govt benefits or take the vaccines and continue with benefits. Insidious
Of COURSE employers will be allowed to mandate the vaccine. And just like the manufacturers they will be given immunity to lawsuit if you suffer a negative outcome. And it will all be perfectly LEGAL. That's because America has a LEGAL system....NOT a JUSTICE system. And that LEGAL system exists SOLELY to facilitate the acquisition and use of POWER by the elite class seeking total control over all of us. The ONLY meaningful recourse a normal citizen has to the abuses being heaped upon us at an ever increasing pace is to go the HL Mencken route. Spit on your hands, hoist a black flag and START SLITTING THROATS. Because the ONLY rights you have are the ones you are willing to fight for, die for and KILL FOR!
