  7. The tactics to deal with a mob are important. What's more important is to know the mentality and agenda of the powers that be where the mob is located. Because the FACTS of the incident are IRRELEVANT to most LEO and most DA's. They have zero qualms about arresting, imprisoning and KILLING innocent people rather than offend the protected commie SJW's running amok.
