Pretty sure I could've figured that out without an official autopsy

An autopsy has determined a Fort Bragg solider from Chino who was found dead this summer on North Carolina’s Outer Banks had been decapitated.

The Raleigh News & Observer reports that Spc. Enrique Roman-Martinez’s death was a homicide, but the cause of death remains undetermined because only his head was available for examination, according to the Division of Forensic Pathology at East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine.

  1. However, the autopsy should also have verified that the soldier wasn't poisoned, tortured, etc. I don't think they were trying to prove that the head was removed...

  2. First thing that comes to mind is all those decapitations by Mexican cartels to send a message. *Lots* of vibrancy from south of border here in NC.
