That'll teach him

In 2007 Mark Allen Campbell, who now prefers to go by Nicole Rose Campbell, of Waupun, Wisconsin was arrested for sexually assaulting and abusing his 10-year-old daughter and was sentenced to 34 years in prison. In December 2020 a federal judge declared that Campbell at age 49, now identifying as a transgender woman, has a Constitutional right to gender affirmation surgery, paid by the taxpayers.

    I would be perfectly happy to cut the guy's wiener off for the State of Wisconsin. No charge. Give me a call.

    It is interesting that he is from Waupun. There is a state prison there. Why not throw him in to gen-pop and let his cellmates take care of this?

    Sending a child rapist to a womens prison will still be cheaper and quicker that death row. It's a good plan, and sneaky to boot.
