Trump: Martial Law Rumors 'Fake News, Bad Reporting'

President Donald Trump fired back at rumors he would consider martial law to combat election fraud, calling it "fake news" and "more knowingly bad reporting."

While the use of martial law as been broached by Newsmax TV guests, the ire appears to be directed at The New York Times report President Trump brought up the topic Friday with the White House inner circle.

    4. If Trump wanted martial law, he could have called months ago, but now he's exposed how deep the Deep State and Dr Evil's tentacles are.

  2. I wanted to believe in Trump and in some of my previous comments I have been critical of him. Not one mutherfucker arrested during his term, shit, they get book deals and CNN jobs. His cabinet is overfuckingflowing with card carrying CFR, Goldman Sachs of shit. Now, he is going to abandon the country and the tiny shred of the Constitution he swore he would protect. This country is done, no more voting and bills and useless court cases. Its all bullshit theater. Diplomacy has failed, the election stolen and when Slobber and Knobber take the helm we will go full tilt. So sack your cherry ass up.

  3. The insurrection act isn't martial law, it's military justice.

  5. I was told that it was a fact that Kennedy would turn the country over to the Pope as soon as he was sworn in. It was told it was a fact that Nixon would declare Martial Law so that he wouldn't have to resign. Every controversial president has spurred rumors of Martial Law and dictatorial powers. When Kennedy was assassinated, an acquaintance's father's first words were "You just wait and see, the military will take over now". The father was a Cuban refugee and he and his family had escaped when Castro took power. The old man was shocked when power was transitioned peacefully. Such things can happen here, but those in power know that the American people will not allow a peaceful takeover, they also know that the armed forces will not blindly support them. The transition will be slow. We already have "Bread and Circuses" in the form of Lite Beer and professional sports. Rome's welfare system gave wheat, and later bread, to the poor. After a time, the soldiers refused to defend the Empire. Today, people on welfare refuse to work. In Rome, they hired mercenaries to fight for them. Today, we outsource our work to other countries. In Rome, the mercenaries turn against Rome (sometimes in mid battle) if the other side paid more. Today, those countries that we hired to do our work are turning against us. Rome tried to end their welfare state but failed. Rome fell. We keep expanding our welfare state. Trump tried to spur jobs at home by bringing businesses back to our shores. It helped, but the future is uncertain. Will we continue on Rome's path, or will we learn from it and change? Kennedy, Nixon, Trump, Biden, and all the rest are just passing figures. Mere focal points that allow bureaucrats to safely say "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain". Pull the curtain back, folks, and take a good look. Be careful, though, if you aren't careful, you'll find yourself behind the curtain.
