30 years ago when my sister was student teaching... they had kids like this. I'd bet 20 bucks the kid deserved it! And another 20 they never had a father figure in their life....
Class ain’t but a half hour! I never heard of being able to leave class for a bathroom break when I went to school ! Principles office, yeah! But not for bathroom breaks. (I’d have died of lung cancer, if they did!)
The kid wrapped his *hands* around the teacher's neck. In the video you can see him trying to choke the teacher before they hit the ground. I paused it and it's quite clear.
The teacher probably shouldn't have tried to physically block the student, but once his hands wrapped around his throat, all bets are off.
That so called "teacher" needs a few years behind bars for the child abuse he inflicted on the kid. Just a thug who deserves 5 minutes in an alley with the boys FATHER!
"child abuse"??? Me thinks you've never seen true abuse........I saw NO torturing, NO burn marks, NO cutting, NO bruising, NO punching...... and finally, NO dead body......
Should it have been handled differently?? Sure. But to dramatize it the way you did, you're no better than the media.......
What was the goal of the substitute's actions? Was he trying to keep the students "safe from COVID-19"? Is laying hands on another person and then taking them to the ground a good way of keeping them safe from a *potential* exposure to COVID-19? The risk-benefit analysis is not clear to me.
Kid should have claimed he is Muslim and needed to go out to pray. Stopping him from doing so would be a hate crime in that case.
Finally, that scrawny little fuck (student) was not being aggressive. (If he was, he was singularly ineffective at it.) I don't see him trying to choke the teacher either. Frankly the kid didn't know what he was doing, if he was trying to get physical.
Kid should have just peed in the corner. If the schools want to play the total control game, they should be prepared for such instances. Bogs has a good idea: keep Mason jars handy for the unfortunate.

👍
DeleteI’m with you!
I'm usually on the teacher's side, but the kid had to wait 1/2 hour to take a piss? Next time son bring an empty mason jar to class.

ReplyDeleteChances are, if the teacher goes to jail, that's where he'll meet the sperm donor of the little future felon.

ReplyDelete"disturbing video"? TV news writer, go back to journalism school, unless your degree is in "communications," which would explain everything.
