Multiple people familiar with the matter told Politico that the bipartisan commission would fall under the White House Counsel's office and would look at recommending changes to the federal judiciary overall, not just the Supreme Court.
There will be somewhere between 9 and 15 members appointed to the commission, a source familiar with discussions outlined.

Biden ain't doing any of this shit. He's barely able to sign executive-orders. The fucking Commies have taken over the government. It's so out in the open. Yet us sheep just get closer to the abattoir house entrance with barely a bleat.

DeleteZip, you are correct. President Usurper has re-employed almost all of the criminals from the Obozo administration. They're busy re-implementing all of the failed Obozo policies from that dark period of our history. I'm watching with anticipation the next bid stock market crash. Should start in the next month or so.
DeleteI read a story somewhere this AM purporting that President Usurper is going to re-open the open enrollment period for Obozo care to sign up more people for the insurance. 'Course the reason it's so under subscribed is that the "40 million uninsured" that the program was designed to help ,STILL CAN'T AFFORD IT, even with massive program subsidies.
That'll be another nail in the economy's coffin that the Demonrats are bent on destroying.

Packing the court is where we officially become a banana republic.
ReplyDeleteWhat we're experiencing is Oblunder's 3rd term.
ReplyDeleteMy only hope is that the current court will rule such treason unconstitutional. It’s only a hope.
ReplyDeleteWhile this is of concern, I recall that decades ago being taught in Political Science classes that appointing a commission is a politician's way of sending a hot issue into oblivion.
ReplyDeleteBiden has to appease his Leftist base, and most are probably too stupid enough to figure out what he is doing.
