Commentary: End Court Packing Threat

Congressional Democrats have promised to pack the Supreme Court if they take control and Joe Biden’s fraud-ridden election stands. Senate stalwarts like Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga), and David Perdue (R-Ga.) are leading the charge to end this threat by amending the United States Constitution to specify that the number of Supreme Court Justices will be nine, ending the court packing threat once and for all.

Should've done this months and months ago.

  2. Senate stalwarts like Loeffler and Perdue have just been defeated and won't be leading anything.

  3. Actually PRESIDENT Trump should have called their bluff and doubled the size of the court. The DEMONRATS would be scarbbling around coming up with legislation trying to find a way to stop him and by stopping PRESIDENT TRUMP they block themselves from doing it as well.

  5. Amending the constitution takes a 2/3's majority vote in the Congress and ratification by 2/3's of the State Legislatures. Ain't gonna happen.

  6. Ain't gonna happen. Any Amendment can be stalled virtually indefinitely by a couple of states. Case in point is the 27th which took over 200 years to be ratified. The fraudulently elected criminals will just do this by executive fiat. Because they are your betters and know what's best for you. Shut up and color, peasant.

  7. Change the Constitution? Don't make me laugh. It will never happen. Period.

Where you gonna get votes in either the House or the Senate? Do you think Schumer or Pelosi will even consider it? Fat chance.

And then there's the problem of ratification by 38 states.

And then there's the problem of getting President Pro Tem Biden to agree to it.

We are well and truly screwed.

  9. should have been years and years ago, along with some election laws representative of a fucking civilized country - and they can't just 'amend the constitution'.
