I will be taking the Metro from Maryland. I strongly recommend taking the Metro from either Maryland or Virginia because I expect roads to be closed 5 blocks around the event site. Since it is midweek, I also do not trust the garages to be open to the public.

And don't go armed, DC is a fortified warzone with metal detectors and security checkpoints everywhere. That's the main reason I'm not going.
ReplyDeleteTrying to decide on how much ammo to bring. LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat advice! Especially on having a plan with no comms. Thanks
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I see wrong with that whole thing is there’s actually something that is BLM Plaza. Seriously they allow BLM to have a Plaza?
ReplyDeleteSure did. Nice bit of beautiful real estate a stones throw from the White House. Sickens me.
DeleteI'll be taking the 40 foot oak hardwood hallway route from my bedroom to my home office around 8 am on the 6th. lol. I wouldn't go near that sewer to visit the Smithsonian again.
ReplyDeleteDang. On the 6th, I gotta go see the Doc about getting this inguinal hernia I got for Christmas fixed.

ReplyDeleteI'd watch the "fun" from Arlington Heights.
ReplyDeleteAnd stay outside the cones/whatever designed to funnel you into any antifa territory kill zone.
ReplyDeleteAlternate plan: march over to the mayor's house, surround it, and start singing patriotic songs.
ReplyDeleteI was planning on going. Then decided I would follow ole Remus's advice. Saw a comment today why go nothing going to change the outcome good or bad. I believe that to be true as well so still listening to Remus.
