Judge: Kenosha shooter can’t associate with supremacists

KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — An 18-year-old Illinois teen charged with fatally shooting two people during a protest in southeastern Wisconsin last year is prohibited from associating with known white supremacists under a judge’s recently modified bail conditions.

So how do they determine who's a White Supremacist?

Come on man.. if you're white you're seeing as a white supremacist by the left.

  2. Vindictive little bitch of a judge and prosecutor. This shines of butt hurt adults not getting their way. Do they even grasp how their actions make them look little? It is sad very sad. But we must accept our place now in our country as lower than low among the citizenry

Here is a mental exercise to measure an individual, take away their power and status, then see what kinda of an individual they really are. After the status and power is removed most are nothing. Truly Large men do not require the trappings of status and power to be “Large and in Charge”.

Do you think they remotely care what the peasantry thinks of them? Or for that matter, that the peasantry even thinks?

  3. What about White Separatists? We just want to not have to live next to sub humans.

  4. Wouldn't that require a legal definition of who's a "White Supremacist"? Unless individual members of the Proud Boys were themselves found guilty of a race crime wouldn't the court have the burden of proof to show Kyle actually violated the letter of the revised bail order?

  5. I guess that means he can't associate with 7.5 million people in the US. :/

    1. I think you mean 75 million. Might be as high as 81 million.

  6. To answer your question - anyone that has white skin. That's what "they" have apparently decided. White = slave owner. White = racist. White = white supremacist. White = domestic terrorist. White = Nazi. White = fascist. White = the devil. And so on, and so on...

    1. Slave owner? No, wasn't exactly "white" people who owned them. Racist? OK. White supremacist? Sure. Domestic terrorist? I don't think they have a clue. Nazi? They lost for being overly idealistic and insufficiently brutal, so no. Fascist? Means working as a team, so sure. The devil? Now that one's just made up.

  8. Not only violation of freedom of association, but since when can a judge in one state dictate the allowances of a resident of another state? I'm pretty sure I could predict the reaction of a Florida resident told by a Georgia judge what he could not do.

  9. I guess the only "legal" alternative is he'll have to paint his face black, kink, cornrow his hair and hang with the bros.

  11. Are you white? If so, then you’re a supremacist.

  12. In this case, "white supremacist" will mean _anyone_ don't even need to be white, although it probably will be.
Mr. Rittenhouse will be photographed with someone who posted a racially insensitive joke in 1997 on a "web ring" (anyone remember those?). Then they can throw him in prison, where it will be communicated to the local population that Kyle was also a child molester. And everyone knows what happens then. I suppose the take away here, at least for me, is that
"if I must defend myself against blmtifa thugs, I better go ahead and take all of them that I can with me, saving one round for myself." Violence is always wrong or something, so I don't mean that or anything, of course.

    Can confirm.
There was a person going around the office telling people to "watch out for Mike, he's a racist," and "He's a white supremacist." The second one is a bit of a laugh if you ever meet me. Not surprisingly, this person is white -- when convenient.

  14. Isn't a White Supremacist any person of any color who has a job where they draw a paycheck and pay taxes?

  15. So none of you cretins mentioned the unlawful abridgment of 1A protected right? Freedom of assembly is a thing. This judge should be tarred and feathered just for thinking he could decide as he did.

  16. Thing is all those who push that shit wouldn't have any power if our side didn't give them cover for it...So who is really the ones fucking us I think you can figure it out...

  17. Bail conditions can and often do (temporarily) abridge constitutional rights. That's not a problem. The problem is:

    1) This order uses a vague phrase that has been rendered nearly meaningless. It's impossible to obey an unclear order.

    2) This order has nothing to do with protecting the public or keeping the suspect available for trial. It's punishment _before_ trial - and IMO, that's because they know they cannot win at trial.
