It is time to send out their National Guard.
Used to do that when it snowed around here. Freaked some kids out. Others thought it was pretty cool.

How you keep peace, crime to a minimum, and foster community within a community. This is how the public and LEO's are supposed to interact with each other, no matter which country you live in.
They were having as much fun as the kids! :-)
