Report: At Least 140 GOP House Members Plan to Challenge Electoral College Results

At least 140 Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives plan to challenge the electoral vote results on January 6 when Congress meets to certify the next president, CNN reported on Thursday.

Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.), who launched the effort to challenge the “flawed election,” expressed surprise on Twitter that the number of House members joining him had grown that high.

  1. It won't help. Pelosi and McConnell have it worked out so that it takes a majority of both houses to overturn the election.

Nothing will change. Trump will "lose" and Rollo Tomasi walks off laughing.

  2. I realize that it's just pissing into the wind but, If my Congressman doesn't also challenge, I'm telling the GOP to go fuck themselves. Been a Republican since I was 18 in 1978.

  3. Trump will be President for the next four years. Everything else is commie play acting...going through the motions. Pence has stepped down and Biden has thrown in the towel. This whole election was a farce to begin with as it was to "elect" the next President of the USA, INC.
And the USA, INC was ended about a year ago.

  4. Meet the new boss same as the old boss. Most of those who object are still treasonous covering their own ass and future elections. I have stated before, I came across the 117th senate swearing in ceremony on cspan this week. The first line to the oath is do you swear to uphold and defend the constitution of the USA against all enemies foreign and domestic. It really turned my stomach and made me dream more of guillotines.
