These laws impacted tobacco purchasing, emergency alert systems, pregnant employees and their employers, 911 operators, Department of Veterans Services staff, correctional officers and emergency medical personnel, animal owners, and those who rent out their homes or cars.

Fairly tame laws except the use of tobacco products. Now in the Socialist State of Minnesota, pretty soon we may have to call each other comrade.

ReplyDeleteThey also mandated that controlled-substance prescription be electronically transmitted--no more paper prescriptions. I have a prescription for pain meds for my mangled leg, & now I have to go to the doc every month instead of every two. I'm sure it'll clean up the illegal abuse of prescription meds....riiiight. Just like there's no more meth since they made it harder to get sinus medication.
