STOCKTON, Calif. — A man is wanted after reportedly shooting an arrow at another man on Sunday morning following an argument, Stockton police said.
The victim was on Highway 99 near Morada Lane around 11:50 a.m. when a man drove up to him and started an argument, police said. At some point, the suspect pulled out a bow from his vehicle and let loose an arrow at the victim.
