I bet his kids are having fits right now

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A watchdog in Tennessee can now afford to hire her own security staff.

Lulu, an 8-year-old border collie in Nashville, inherited $5 million from her owner who died late last year, WTVF reported.

  1. That should be easy to overturn. The first part of every will I have seen starts with "I, ..being of sound mind...". This would obviously negate the rest of the document. I am sure the state would defend it though. After Lulu dies, if she cannot make a will, the rest of the money will revert to the state!

  2. Pretty sure the Border Collie is smarter than any of his kids.

  3. It's not unusual for people to form trusts for their pets, I intend to do the same thing for mine when I have more money and have either family or a friend handle it.
