Here's the problem though...you see how quickly the tractor stops *after* hitting the car? Why didn't the tractor slow down that quickly the first time there was a brake check? Why didn't the tractor slow down that quickly when the idiot started swerving and driving strangely? While the idiot got what he deserved, the tractor driver will probably get nailed in court.
Nope. That's why so many in Europe, especially Eastern Europe, have dashboard cams. Clear setup by the small car in order to extort money from the farmer.

It's all about right-of-way. You see it with small boats that slow down in front of large barges, ships or big-assed-yachts. Simple rule, Big Wins! Everyfuckingtime!
I'm certain with the video being taken by the farm worker, there was additional idiocy by the vehicle driver - otherwise the guilty party would not have kept the video. Plus, the majority of farm tractors in Europe are required to be capable of 60kmh for travel on public roads without escort/pilot vehicles in front and behind the tractor - the regulations farmers must follow over there just to do their jobs is staggering. I am on the side of the farmer here.
Sheesh, how about stop blaming the guy that was being harassed? I had a longer snarky response, but can sum it up this way...why the F should he have to do ANYTHING when an idiot brake checks him. He should have throttled down and crushed that car.
I'm not blaming the guy what was being harassed or making excuses for the idiot driver.
What I'm saying is that it's one thing to "pretend" to slow down quickly while making sure you hit the dude who "deserves it" and another thing entirely to quickly stop after you hit him.
Even if the idiot was driving erratically and caused the problem, I think a lawyer would have a field day with it.
Don't think that Russian, but anyway - I'd say the tractor driver has a pretty good evidentiary video showing that he tried to avoid collision even by veering, and having the car veer to correspond, and then slam on its brakes. Driver of the car is toast, for harassment.
When you pass someone, it's generally so you can get on down the road. That asshat passed the tractor and then slowed down. The tractor driver was surely grinding his teeth wanting to jump outta the cab and land a Superman right cross in that turdheads face. 100% of the cost goes to the jerk driving the car.
