A family here in west Michigan has a black bear, that the dad and his sons would wrestle. The dad was a logger, and the boys were all huge, fantastic athletes in school, wrestlers, football players, etc. They kept the bear in a cage, but I heard it was VERY tame. My twin brother was friends with a couple of the brothers, I never was that close to them. There was also a black bear that was kept in a cage near a gas station, on the way from my home headed north to the Bridge to the U.P. It died a few years ago now, but every time I saw it, I felt very disgusted by it. The bear was caged in a much too small cage, with nothing to stimulate it's mind, and it just was existing. Not the best example of human beings having dominion over the creatures of the Earth that God has given us.
