Kinda like skeet on wheels, huh?

SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (CBS13) — San Joaquin County deputies said they’ve tracked down a man who’s been randomly firing a shotgun at passing drivers.

Javier Rivera, 39, eluded deputies for months and it was two of his latest victims that ultimately secured his arrest this week. He’s been charged with multiple felonies including attempted murder.

  3. That one needs to be restrained, to a chair, and reasoned with a Dewalt, Makita, or Milwaukee. Ohio Guy.

  4. No need for a lengthy investigation if one of the drivers had shot back.

  5. A lengthy criminal record, use of a firearm to commit a felony, felon in possession - he ain't gonna reform, and prison is just a waste of time and tax money. Stand him in front of a wall and execute him. I guarantee he'll never pull anything like this again.

  6. He IS in CA. Did it ever occur to any of you snowflakes that the drives all deserved to be shot?
