      I doubt it's real, but the microskirt and fuck-me pumps make it pretty obvious what she was doing.

      @ rob I've been living over here for a while, even "normal" single women dress like that when going out to the clubs.

    Looks like a staged photo. No cuffs on her wrists. Police have no radios or belts and I don't know of any training that has them off to the side like that to keep control of the subject. What is the one cop with the flashlight doing???
