No, you can see the tailgate latches open and hanging down at the bottom of the bed. There's no tailgate on that rig. Also you can see the load extends just a couple of inches beyond the sides of the bed. It's for real.
If at look at the top of the stack you can see the ratchet strap holding it all in place, ratchet portion is on the left side of the truck. Looks real to me too.
Be it real or not makes no difference to me. It's a cool picture. Dump that in my back yard all day long. It would block up nice and make for some mighty fine splitting. A couple hours work early every morning and evening and I'd be a happy man.

I believe that's an artist's rendering of wood on door of that truck. Don't think it's actual wood cut and stacked like that for transport.
