Well, he can try...

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that President Joe Biden will not rule out using executive orders to alter the Second Amendment to crackdown on Americans' right to defend themselves.

Psaki said that while a package to execute Biden's "common-sense measures" has yet to be proposed, that President Biden had a "range of actions at his disposal" and that an executive order could not be crossed out.

  1. That "whole range of options" thing is a threat. And it's not going to set well.

    1. If Biden's handlers and political officers think they can overturn the 2nd Amendment with a whimsical Presidential Decree, they're crazy.

The shit from Democrats never stops.

  2. The real Biden was executed. They clone "playing" biden is just an actor pretending to be the "president" of a corporation, the USA, INC. which no longer exists. If he pushes an EO like that and then tries to force it down our throats, I'm not sure what will happen, but there is a good chance that the Military who works with Trump, will just remove all the various clones the deep state has hired to play the roles of elected officials who have been executed.

    2. Ken, think of all the super high tech stuff we know about. There is (or was?) a lot of evidence that the black hole of alphabet agency funding, research, has developed tech is so advanced, that it is indistinguishable from majic. The stuff they let out is 20 to 50 years old. The Cabal owns and operates everything of importance. Whistle blowers are silenced, ruined, ignored by the Mocking Bird Media or dealt with other wise. Almost no one believes shyte like this because we've been trained into an Overton Box of acceptable discourse and belief. I fit into the box of conspiracy theorist, pre debunked, no need for anyone to do or say anything about me. "It's easier to fool a man than to convince him he,s been fooled." Sam'l Clements

  3. The bill of rights has rules on how they can be modified. presidential dictates are not one of the proscribed methods.

  4. Using an executive order to curtail a constitutional right doesn’t fly.

  5. It seems as if the Biden/Harris administration plans on spending most of their time fighting court cases at the SCOTUS level. There is no doubt that a whole bunch of their executive orders will be brought to courts, with most of them headed to a higher court, due to one or the other side being angry at the ruling at a lower level.
Just the gun manufactures protection act seems on a fast track to the Supreme Court. And if it gets there, there should be no other ruling than a manufacture cannot be sued for the misuse of their legally made, and properly functioning product. It brings to mind such lawsuits as the one against McDonalds coffee for making hot coffee, um, hot! Or perhaps the idiots who tried to use their lawn mower as a hedge trimmer, and cut their fingers off. At least that brought the ever useful sticker " Not for use as a Hedge Trimmer."
I used to think that people made this kind of stuff up. Now I realize that it is so stupid it has to be true.

    1. Who says the USSC will even hear these cases? They might claim no one has 'standing' to sue.

  6. Executive Orders apply only to federal employees, so keep dreaming, Circle Girl. You want some common sense advice? Leave us the hell alone. You'll get no warnings other than that.

    1. Unclezip I was going to rebut your assertion but then I researched and found: "An executive order is a means of issuing federal directives in the United States, used by the President of the United States, that manages operations of the federal government.[1]"
Yes it manages operations of the feds BUT, then how does or why does it affect me? Have I been sold a bill of goods in understanding the EO? Does the operations of the feds ONLY mean them or does it spill over into my sphere?

    2. Steve, only the Congress can make law. The president cannot. Nor can he change the law. An EO only affects operations of the Executive. Remember the three 'separate 'branches of government? The Judicial, the Legislative, and the Executive. Legislative—Makes laws (Congress, comprised of the House of Representatives and Senate)
Executive—Carries out laws (president, vice president, Cabinet, most federal agencies)
Judicial—Evaluates laws (Supreme Court and other courts).
An EO may only affect you indirectly. For instance an EO requiring masks be worn by all persons entering federal properties.

  7. Thus the #1 reason why they are keeping the Wall and National Guard in place.

That Bill that has been proposed has zero chance of getting passed. It's a diversion.

Xiden then can issue a EO as a compromise.

  8. Yeah, but can he not issue an EO which directs the BATF to change or create rules which can ruin your life? It's not laws or the Constitution but the bureaucracy which run the country.

    1. True, but only until 'we the people' decide to change that. If ever we can.

  9. Anybody here ever wonder if the rioters broke into the House, or were led by some nefarious infiltrators and allowed in?.....that being said, the long term vision seems to be a way to militarize the capitol city with the powers that be knowing the type of law being readied to be presented to the people....fences and walls don't work, by the way, unless they are directed at the American people....

  11. If you don't like the plans they have for us with half the country armed to the teeth, you're really not going to like the plans they've made for when it's not.

  12. Contrary to everything written here, EOs have the force of law to all agencies that believe so. If your sheriff thinks its a law and you break it, you're going to jail. You may win in court but you'll spend a lot of time and money doing so.

  13. EOs are mainly supposed to be used to run the Executive Branch or as a short term solution to something ONLY until the Congress can meet and address via a law.
They have been abused for a long time and while they can normally be reversed by the next "Executive", the fact that many of President Trump's were not is another example of the Deep State.

  15. I read a good book regarding nullification of laws. If you don't like what Biden does, ignore it. Other states are doing just that by passing Second Amendment sanctuary statutes e.g. we will not comply.
