Woman sues man after being shot for trespassing, theft and vandalism

FEBRUARY 2--The unarmed woman who was shot in the back after tearing down a Nazi flag flying in front of the gunman’s Oklahoma home has sued her assailant for negligence, according to court records.

In a January 28 District Court petition, Kyndal McVey, 26, accuses Alexander Feaster of acting with “reckless disregard” in connection with the shooting last year outside Feaster’s residence in the town of Hunter.

  1. The only reckless one was her, trespassing with the intent to do property damage. Too bad he didn't follow up with a shovel.

  2. I don't agree with a Nazi flag, yet it is free speech. A reminder to not trespass on someone else's property and start causing trouble. He was likely baiting a trap for SJWs anyway. FAFO

  3. I’m not sure about this, but I don’t think the Hitler mustache is going to help his case.

  4. Always shoot to kill. If it's worth shooting, it needs to be dead.

That said, this sounds like one where the shooting wasn't justified by the threat. Rather, sue her into oblivion if you can afford it, and in any case file criminal complaints.

  5. Another example of: "If you set out to do something, make sure you complete the mission".

  6. One look at that dude, and you just know he wouldn't have passed the physical appearance standards in the waffen ss. Hell, he looks like he's carrying an extra chromosome and might be a second or third generation inbred.

  7. This story lays out how great our Constitution is, a person with repugnant beliefs defending his home from thieves. Even if you detest the guy's beliefs he still has the right to defend his home and property. I'm glad he shot her in the ass.

  8. I don't approve of Nazis and SS wannabes, but we are going to see more of this. Only it won't be deliberately shooting "below center of mass" so as to avoid fatalities.

As I said, if you insist on punishing an entire class of people simply for who they are instead of what they (individually) do, you're going to get pushback. And that guy is not totally mistaken to compare the current US to Germany of the 1930's.

  9. The NAZI flag commands more respect than well over half the flags of the world, including the LGBT, and loonie flags. At least the Germans dared to go big and had a set of balls without being confused about what bathroom to use.

This looks like a case of a blonde thinking her big tits and half decent looks will continue to carry her along; unfortunately, it just might. Seriously, while he can wear his hair any which way he likes, that stash needs a shave.

The proper course of action would be to petition the neighbors to fly all their own flags if they disagree with his choice in flag... but what do I know, I'm only an American who had a M8 hanging his heirloomed NAZI flag over his rack in Afghanistan. That is up until the Co Gunny (either ethnically or religiously Jewish) saw it and absolutely flipped his $#^-.

Failing to kill the perp could go either way if he embraces "shoot to stop".

  11. Can we please have one day without conflicts between MARXISTS and National Socialists!

One day, this's all I ask.
