You'd think she'd fucking know better

CLAREMORE, Okla. - Claremore Police arrested a Rogers County judge Sunday afternoon after an officer said he found her behind the wheel in a parking lot with her head slumped toward her chest. 

Witnesses told police they said Kassie McCoy ran off the road several times before she pulled into a store parking lot.
