  1. I'm sure with a bit of creativeness and a good doctor you have at least one qualifying need.

  2. Considering the news content being reported during the last few years I think we all suffer from chronic nausea. Go for it.

  3. I'm pretty sure with your history of ballistic misadventures, there's more than enough chronic pain lurking in those old joints. PTSD! remember your 1st wife? You probably forgot, that's proof you have PTSD. Hang in there, don't let the crazies catch you.

  4. I could get a card but if they are gonna restrict my right to carry I will just keep growing my own. Just like veggies and everything else we consume, homegrown is best. Fuck smoking, learn how to make your own edibles.

Isn't being a democrat disease enough to get your pot?

  6. Hell Wirecutter the medical marijuana scam here in La doesn't have smokeable products, it's all tincture type of shit... Personally I don't buy into the whole idea of marijuana medicine but hey if you do then carry on.

  7. Colorado: Get appointment with pot doc. Bring your hospital medical records to verify what it is you say is wrong with you. Does the condition cause you pain of any kind? If yes I am in pain, then does pot cause you to feel better or worse? That's it. Got med records? Does pot help? Then add your name to colo med marijuana registry. Also now you have to lie on form 4473 for gun purchase.

  8. Such legislation is useless if it doesn't have provisions for making the holders of medical weed cards private. Otherwise, DEA ATF, et al can come in and go picking through the database to see if the same names show up on both databases.

  9. Don't worry, once the state legislature has a taste of the marijuana money they will quickly expand to commercial sales.

  10. The Feds will most likely make Cannabis an unscheduled plant (drug) this year and this will allow access to banking and render all the state Cannabis laws moot. Pot stocks are a smokin' (pardon the pun) hot buy!

    1. If it goes unscheduled, then we can grow our own just like tomatoes?

I kinda think that would tend to knock the bottom out of the pricing. Either that, or the staties run all over the place, trying to inspect everyone's truck garden.

  11. It's also an easy way to lose your 2A rights. And maybe go to the fed house.

You might ask your primary care doctor if you have "fucking tourettes?"
