      If the sound is loud enough, you don't need water-immersion for lithotripsy. (The patient may not be able to hear, or even breathe, afterwards, but close enough for government work.)

    I want one so when the next brain damaged driver with a sub woofer bass rattling everyone’s intestines pulls up booming their sorry shit, I can throw on Crazy Train full effect or AC/DC’s Thunderstruck. I hate boom boom cars and loud mufflers.
