MARCH 23--A judge has denied a bond reduction for a convicted felon who last year was recorded brutally sucker-punching a 12-year-old boy dancing on a Missouri street corner, according to court records.
In a motion filed this month, Cedric Moore, 28, asked a Circuit Court judge to modify his $50,000 cash bond to a surety bond, which could be posted by a bail bondsman.
"He was just Funnin,'sides the cracker had it coming to him for 400 years of opression" Seriously, glad the the attack was caught on video, or the turd might have gotten away with it. The Attack showed the viciousness of the attack that words would not have.
Not to blame the victim and all that, but what's a white boy doing on a street corner at night doing "hip hop" anyway? Maybe his father should have slapped the back of his head with a hearty "Act like your own people, son" and put a stop to that foolishness before it came to him getting sucker punched by some random asshole.

But a parent should have told him to not do stupid things (hip hop) with probably stupid people (hip hop people) in stupid places (night time on a street corner is a stupid place for a 12 year old).
Demographics of Cape Girardeau (2010 census) was 81% white and 13% black. It's not like the kid was forced to do negro things to fit in, FFS. Allowing, much less encouraging, participation in dumbshit behavior is shitty parenting.
Not that it will do any good, but I just sent a request to the Cape Girardeau County DA wanting to confirm he will be charged with a hate crime as if he were white. I personally do not believe in "hate crimes" as it requires to know what they were thinkng\feeling\etc, but if they are going to go down that road then they should do so when it is that obvious. This vid should be played on the news EVERY DAY.
